What we are looking for
As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for building long-term relationships with your customers. These are both machine builders and end users to whom you can offer interesting solutions consisting of drive components such as chains, toothed belts, Couplings, linear systems, etc., but also alternators.You are part of a team with 2 other inside sales colleagues, a warehouse worker and a technical account manager.
Your duties:
- Managing the existing customer portfolio and developing new contacts;
- making appointments with customers and interesting prospects;
- translating customer needs into suitable technical solutions.
Candidate profile:
- you preferably possess an engineering degree (specialization: electromechanics);
- as Sales Engineer you already have some sales experience in an industrial environment;
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English;
- You are communicatively strong, mature, results-oriented and well organized;
- Because of your professionalism, hands-on mentality and independence, you are able to gain and keep the customer’s trust and to identify his needs;
- You can easily work with the most common MS Office applications;
- Experience with AX is a plus.
