Internal Sales Engineer

Within this role, you will independently take responsibility for the entire commercial inside sales process. From quotation, order processing in AX, invoicing to payment follow-up, you are in close contact with our customers and suppliers, with your professional approach ensuring high customer satisfaction!

At Caldic Techniek Belgium, we specialise in the supply of generators, parts for generator sets, couplings, chains, reduction gears, toothed belt drives and conveyor components. Besides supplying a wide range of machines, equipment and parts, we are distinguished by the high level of knowledge and commitment of our employees.

We also have a workshop in Rotterdam from where customised solutions can be delivered, such as modifications to generators and in-house production of toothed belt pulleys to customer specification.

You will be part of a team with 2 other inside sales colleagues, a warehouseman and a Technical Account Manager.

You enjoy working in a commercial role and it is important that you have a technical background.

You are proactive and enjoy contacting our existing customers and prospects to generate requests for quotations.

Furthermore, you have:

• A minimum of three years of relevant work experience
• Active, entrepreneurial attitude and positive attitude
• A technical education
• A good knowledge of Dutch, French and English (spoken and in writing)
• Experience with chains, conveyors, toothed belt transmissions, alternators is obviously a plus, but not essential
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus, but not essential
