Alternators to customer specification

AvK generators are very robust alternators up to 11.200 kVA built to customer specification in order to do their job in extremely harsh conditions to ensure a reliable power supply. Available from 750-1.800 rpm for low, medium and high voltage for generating large power. Of course also in various degrees of protection such as IP23 and IP44.

DSG range

AvK’s DSG range is AvK’s low voltage range. DSG generators are made of rugged steel construction with form-wound stator coils and flat copper rotor windings that can withstand high levels of vibration and load variations. High efficiency and integrated design solutions help our customers choose the right alternator for their specifications.

The AvK DSG range is available in capacities between 1.100 kVA at 50 Hz to 6.600 kVA at 60 Hz and output voltages between 400-690 V. The DSG range is suitable for high- and medium-speed motors, 4, 6, 8 and 10-pole design is possible

    Our DSG generators are made of rigid and robust steel construction with form-wound stator coils and flat copper rotor windings that can withstand high levels of vibration and load variations.

  • DSG74

    The AvK DSG74 has a maximum continuous output of 2.400 kVA at 60 Hz (2.000 kVA at 50 Hz) and a voltage output of 400-690 V. It’s design and rugged construction help the generator meet the tough demands required by many applications.

    AvK generators come with a fully taped insulation system and dust and water mist inlet filters, making them perfect for applications such as mining and marine.

    The extensive power requirements for a number of important applications such as marine vessels, offshore drilling rigs and remote mining sites are no problem for purpose-built custom-built AvK generators.

    Designed to thrive in harsh environments, the DSG99 delivers reliable power to all aspects of these applications. The AvK DSG99 has a maximum continuous output of 5.300 kVA at 60 Hz (4.700 kVA at 50 Hz) and voltage output of 400-690 V.

DIG range

The DIG series is available with an output voltage of 3.300-13.800 V with a maximum continuous output of 10.200 kVA at 60 Hz.Naturally, the DIG is also available as 4, 6, 8, or 10-pole versions.
